Crypt Restaurant

The Crypt is probably the most romantic and certainly the oldest restaurant in Surrey. Steeped in history the Crypt is entered down a spiral stone flagged stairwell that takes you into the stone vaulted restaurant. With wall hung tapestries and terracotta washed walls the Crypt restaurant is an experience not to be missed.

For private dining clients and conference guests our Chef has prepared an imaginative menu combining the finest ingredients with superb skills to produce a stunning selection of English and Continental cuisine. The menu is complimented with an excellent selection of wines.

Library Bar

The library bar with it's relaxing atmosphere is open to both hotel guests and the public and is an ideal location for that pre theatre drink or just a quiet drink with friends. Sink into one of our relaxing chairs and savour a glass of wine from our extensive international wine list.

Lounge

The beautiful galleried lounge and lobby area of the hotel with it's French oak floors and Jacobean fireplace also features a 17th century original Parliament clock. In the lounge area we offer a continuous 9am-9pm service with a delightful selection of morning coffee's light lunches, afternoon teas and drinks from the bar. Superb to escape the hot summer sun and wonderful in the winter to enjoy the warmth and glow from our inglenook fireplace, make a visit to the lounge at the Angel a pleasant and enjoyable part of your busy day.
